Mini Warrior Classes
A GREAT FIRST ACTIVITY FOR TODDLERS (AGES 24 to 36 MONTHS) IN THE DELAVAN AREA
Mommy/Daddy and me class
Mommy/Daddy and me shared playtime fosters a sense of trust, security, and understanding between the child and their caregiver. It also provides an opportunity for parents or caregivers to observe and respond to their child’s cues, promoting responsive and attuned caregiving. The joy, laughter, and positive interactions experienced during structured play strengthen the emotional connection and create lasting memories for both the child and the caregiver.
Through activities such as obstacle courses, jumping, climbing, and balancing exercises, children develop their gross motor skills, which involve movements of the whole body.
Blocks, puzzles and small objects help children refine their hand and finger movements, improving their dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and grip strength.
Through guided play experiences, children learn to take turns, share, communicate, and cooperate with their peers. They develop essential social skills such as empathy, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. By providing a balance between guided activities and opportunities for independent exploration, structured play sets the stage for healthy social development and lays the foundation for positive social interactions in the future.
Your child’s activities should be fun AND teach them life skills!
